Corrective Action
When an issue arises, a cross-functional
Problem Solving team is formed to address the concern. By applying
the eight steps of problem solving, the team proactively addresses
immediate containment as well as permanent corrective action. Kimball
Electronics' Management reviews all corrective action activity
on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction.

Supplier Development
High quality and reduced costs
are some of our customers' primary concerns. Kimball is able to
manage our sub-suppliers to ensure these concerns are met. We have
established a supplier quality/development group that focuses on
ensuring new suppliers are capable of meeting our goals and working
with our suppliers if issues arise.
