Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone with Business Account Management

experience in the Contract Electronics Manufacturing Indust

ry (international experience in Asia preferred) with
experience specifically in the medical segment of the
market- who can be located in the southwest or midwest.
This person will be responsible for managing existing
accounts and working to obtaining new business from the
accounts managed focused on the medical market.
High Level Roles & Responsibilities
• Align strategic objectives between customer and Kimball
Electronics Group
• Grow revenue from assigned customers at a greater rate
than the industry average.
• Accountable for all aspects of customer satisfaction for
assigned accounts
• Conducts high level periodic reviews and directs the
consolidation of account performance metrics utilizing the
customer scorecard process
• Responsible for maintaining performance scorecard and
action plans in support of improvement.
• Document and report all relevant data on status of
account
• Responsible for the completeness and acceptance of all
customer proposals
• Maintains a global or enterprise view of account
• Understands the capabilities of all Kimball production
sites
• Knowledgeable of all competitive and budgetary challenges

within the account
• New business prospecting
• Assigned Named Account(s) profit and loss
