Roles and Responsibilities:
• New processes development and validation per customer
qualification requirements.
• Document new Equipment Manufacturing requirements.
• Continuous support of the OEE metric in manufacturing.
• Provide technical support to production lines.
Skills:
• Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering
• Experience in the electronics and manufacturing industry
for at least 10 years.
• Desired experience in the automotive, medical and
industrial business.
• Experience required in the NPI (Introduction of New
Products) process (PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP, etc.).
• Experience with Wave Solder and Selective Solder
machines, Conformal dispensing equipment, ovens, de-panel
machines, conveyors, robotics, pneumatic systems.
• Strong electrical & mechanical background highly desired
• Problem solving techniques experience
• Knowledge of software and equipment programming.
• 6 Sigma certified desired, Green or Black belt
